Report A Bug/Error Section

Well in forums you may find that parts of the forum may be experiencing difficulties, a section like this will stop people spamming in other sections such as the gamers lounge. Some bugs may vary from little minuscule bugs to big annoying bugs.

I have found two bugs/errors.

1 Bug:

Well for starters the pictures in the spoiler and outside the spoiler is cut, i just print screened it. Guessing scrolling around images needs to be added to prevent this. Plus the image i supposed to explain the bug/error mentions below.

Second the "Delete The Forum Cookies" button overlaps the host a new section box and is barely legible due to dark colors used in the text and box
